well I discovered something last night by accident. I was getting ready to do my 4th stick, and had heated up this rice heatpad thing I have that I use for sore muscles, and to warm up the quad before a stick. You nuke it for 2 minutes and it stays hot for about 20. Right when I was ready to stick the phone rang, so I set the syringe inside the heatpad where the needle would stay untouched and up in the air until I could come back. I was on the phone for about 5 minutes and when I cam e back the syringe was very warm almsot hot. I waited a minute and stuck myself, and I noticed it was easier to inject it. Then when I wake up today expecting to be really sore, nothing. I don't feel ANY pain at all, not even slight discomfort. I guess I wasn't heating up my gear enough but now I know how to do it! Sweet, this is going to help and really boosted me up a bit. No mroe pian 4 days after a stick, because I was already getting sick of always being sore and I was afraid it was going to start affecting my leg workouts more. Of course I may wake up tomorrow and can hardly walk but I am happy today!
