well after reading that radar left, and also after laying in bed last night and just feeling a little achy and flat wore out from a hard days workout and work itself, today is going to be nothing but watching TV in bed. I am not sick or anything and just did my 2nd stick of the week, but I have the day off, I am all caught up on everything, and my "little lady" is at work, so I am going to vegitate. I had a great workout yesterday and halfway thru if I would of been alone at the gym I would of screamed I was so pumped. I was about to rip the walls off and frigin eat them man, steel studs and all. Ever feel that way? Just let it all out in a final set you knew was in there somewhere and it just came ripping out to the surface where it would not be denied? Man, I had that yesterday and it was incredible. It might of been my best workout that I can remember as wierd as that sounds. There was nothing I could not lift, nothing I could not do and it was focused like a lazerbeam into my arms and shoulders. I was Arnold, ATlas, I was IT.

I frigin love how that reads and remember how it felt. If I could workout like that everyday I would need a full days rest after each workout to recoop, which is what today is. I need a day like today and can't wait to watch rerun after rerun of the Dukes of Hazzard. When I laid down last night my whole body went "THANK YOU" and just sank into my bed. I slept like a baby man, like a rock on a log what was drugged. I was supposed to do legs today but that will wait until tomorrow, my bed is calling me. WHen was the last time any of you just took a veg day and did nothing? I think we all should from time to time to recharge and let the body be still. Of course I will check back in from time to time today but rest is on the menu today. That and maybe even a beer. :O Heres to you Radar!
