I weighed myself a few days before I started and I was 216. So logic tells me it has to be a lot of water allthough I do not feel or look bloated, I can't imagine gaining even half that in muscle right? I have gotten a few comments from coworkers saying I am looking a bit "thicker" which is good. I have not felt any telltale signs I am gaining a bunch of fat or anything, my pants fit the same in the waist and are slightly tighter in the thigh area and my shirts are feeling tighter in the arms and around the chest back area so I feel it is well proportioned. It'a hard to know what to look for this being my first cycle. Does anything you read raise any red flags to you silver (anyone)?

Had to take tha last 2 days off from the gym, I may be hitting it a bit too hard and something is not quite right with my last quad stick. Nothing warm to the touch, no mass or bump or anything and the stick itself went well everythign was as it has been, but it felt like my first stick all over again times 10. I seriously can barely walk it hurts so bad. I can't even bend it far enough to put my boxers on...so sad. I sat in the hottub this afternoon and relaxed, and while it helped a little, I had to take some advil, nothing else was working. That helped a little but man, my other stick for this week is tomorrow and I am going to be hurtin if this is how it is. going on 3 days with it just getting worse and no let up. Other than that, I am ok. WOrk has been busy so life has kept me a bit frazzled this week so that lead to headaches and workouts that while decent, could of been better looking back. Oh well, just push along. I don't want to take anymroe time off, but I kidna feel like I need 2 or 3 days to just sit and do nothing. maybe all mental but I don't want to overtrain, I fall into that trap too easy sometimes when I get momentum going. I feel like I am wasting myt gear if I am not working out, but rest rest rest is what I tell myself. Well, off to get some lovin and then to bed. ;) Happy 4th yall.
 
why not do a test shot in one quad and an eq shot in the other.. i didn't read the whole thread so i dunno if someone already mentioned this..
 
Go for the glute, I think there is a black and white difference when it comes to soreness. I did my first quad shot a week ago and I still have slight soreness in my leg. When I shoot my glute, 2 days TOPS w/ no heating pad or aleve. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did. Remember, real men take it in the ass.

I was Arnold, ATlas, I was IT. :) I frigin love how that reads and remember how it felt. If I could workout like that everyday I would need a full days rest after each workout to recoop, which is what today is. I need a day like today and can't wait to watch rerun after rerun of the Dukes of Hazzard. When I laid down last night my whole body went "THANK YOU" and just sank into my bed. I slept like a baby man, like a rock on a log what was drugged. I was supposed to do legs today but that will wait until tomorrow, my bed is calling me. WHen was the last time any of you just took a veg day and did nothing? I think we all should from time to time to recharge and let the body be still. Of course I will check back in from time to time today but rest is on the menu today. That and maybe even a beer. :O Heres to you Radar! :beer:
I friggn wish I could do nothing one day.........not even mean lay in bed, I mean no lifting or no cardio for one friggn day....lol

what are your current stats bro? Diet and training regimine?
 
Man...well just got back from the gym and my chest and tri day went ok. Had good energy and pushed it hard, my bench is up about 20lbs total in 4 weeks. I have to say though, I really feel just mentally wore out. It's wierd because while work has been crazy for a few weeks, I can usually handle it, so I don't know if this is gear related. From just a mental standpoint, I feel happy and all, not sad or depressed, but kinda mentally "blitzed" for lack of a better word. I took a day off last week and then didn't lift the last 2, but after I lift today I come home and man, just zapped. Not physically as much but just mental. I have no point of reference here so I have no idea if this is gear related or not. Like I have said in the past I can get a little too motivated and feel I am a likely "candidate" for overtraining, but I have overtrained before and it's nothing like this. It just feels wierd. I take a lot of naps and I mean like 3-4 hour naps and then sleep another 8 hours that very night with no problems. I am up too 225 as of 2 days ago, and have 10.5 weeks left on my cycle. Other than that, feeling good but I am going to have to diet down alot after this. lol I am VERY hungry all the time now, and it's not my imagination anymore, I know this has to be the EQ.

AHHH, love the feeling of EQ. Dude, start taking some caffiene(if you don't already) before you workout. Not only will it stimulate but if you feel you are starting to eat too much it will curb some cravings. Another thing, make clean and healthy foods easily assessible all day long to eliminate any possible cheating. :Chef: :Chef:
