My First Stick, by Wayneboard1

Well, I did my first glute stick on Tuesday morning and thre is a small bruise but very little pain so far. I don't expect it to get any worse since all my other shots that got sore did so within 24 hours. I am dealing witha good amount of stress in my lfie right now (started about 1 week ago) and it is not setting well with me. I do find my temper is pretty dang short where it usually is not an issue. I'm not blaming it on the test, just stating the current condition. I need a frigin vacation BAD but can't really take one now. My woman is pissing me off, work is pissing me off, and I am so dang busy I am zapped mentally by the time I go to the gym. I just have to muster it all up and get all that hate and anger out there. I have decided I won't leave the gym until I am to tired to be mad. :D I expect a 6 hour workout today. LOL I'm not weighing myself until this next monday as to not get distracted but I have gotten a few compliments from friends and coworkers this past week, specifically about my back. :D That is my strong point, I am shorter so thickness on my back seems to come easy and makes me look more like a tiny little adorable tank that will kill you with the slightest provication. :evil:

I have started to get some acne, and while there are not a ton of zits, there are a TON of blackheads on my nose, and the zits I get are GIGANTIC. I mean little volcanos of puss right in the middle of my forehead or right on the end of my nose making me look like "rudolph the zit nosed weightlifter". I have some retin a but it is not working as well as I remember it working last time I used it. SO I picked up some clearasil zit pads today hoping that can dry it out, as well as some tanning starting this week. My leg that was sore from that shot last week still is but less than it was. There is no rash or mass or anything so I think it was just a bad stick that will go away in time. OK, the-that the-thats all folks!
 
good news on the acne front. I got some clearsil pads from walgreens and they really are doing the trick. Some dry patches of skin but those are easy to take care of as opposed to the zits I was getting. I have had a few GINORMUS zits show up my back but mostly in my lat area, and they go away after a few days. I am using the clearasil pads twice a day FYI. My workouts are good, and I feel much stronger on all my lifts. My schedule kept me from eating as good as I wanted this week, but I am kicking upo the cardio to 4-5 days a week after my workouts. I am getting some GREAT pumps from the EQ, and I really notice it in my bicept workouts more than any other muscle. I swear it almost hurts to bend my arm after a good workout they are so swole up. :D Thats a good problem to have in my opinion. I have also noticed my thighs are really getting bigger from the squats and other legwork i am doing. That nice little divit on the side and the head seperation on the front is REALLY showing itself. My woman caught me checking out my legs in the mirror the other day and just laughed. I told her to take a close look and she said they do look noticably larger and more cut. She then looked at me and asked me what I had changed to get these results. I just smiled and said "baby, it's called intensity". LOL YEAH!!!!
 
man I am PISSED. I jsut got back from a HORRIBLE workout today. It was shoulders and I usually have a good shoulder workout but today.....man, the amount I lifted on my second set in military press, I could hardly lift today, I just had NO gas at all. I have had my usual meals today and plenty of cals and water and protein and I got a sticdk this morning so I don't know what the heck is going on but it sucked so bad I just quit lifting before I hurt myself and ran for 30 minutes and left. I hate those kind of days. I felt a little tired today but nothing out of the ordinary so I don't know, maybe thats my body saying 'not today wayne!". Oh well, sleep good tonight and hit it hard again on legs. I kidna like making myself pay for a crappy workout by obliterating myself on the next workout. I am twisted that way.
 
It's the cardio bro...it's draining you....leave it out ill you are finished, then cut....

SO are you saying NO cardio at all or just cut back. Currently I do on average about 30 minutes 4 times a week. SOmetimes I run and other times I just walk fast at about 70% to just burn fat and sweat.

To prevent as much BF from hoping onto my waistline as possible. Please remember this IS my first cycle so while I got a ton of advice from the vets on here, I am still learning how my body will and is reacting to this change of pace and chemical alteration. It's a continual learning process for me. My body does not have a problem gaining muscle for the most part, thats the easier part for me. However my body LOVES to grab onto fat and hold onto it for dear life. Also, the cardio I am doing is not HIT except for one time a week. Mostly the cardio is to help with any bloat that may occur even with my adex regimine, and to also help with the amount of BF I put on. My diet is clean, and I know I am bulking so I will gain some bf, but I want to keep that in check. I do the cardio after my workout except for a 5 minute warmup. Maybe I do need to cut it down to only 2 days a week, like I said, LEARNING PROCESS.
