I feel like I am getting fat too, but it could be the body (and the mind) is not used to carrying the extra weight. the body will use the calories. I agree, no use cutting calories while on. Eat clean as you can and cut later.

Eating constantly can be a chore. I am lethargic, takes lots of naps and I take about 3 bowl filling shits a day.

LMAO? Just 3? I poop that much before lunch! You and I are in the same spot man, I hate it and yet love it too.

It worked though - put on some serious muscle because I'm down to 9% bf and up 18 lbs of lean muscle. Started at 10%, and ended at about 16-17% bf. Bulking is way funner than cutting which I'm doing right now. The only difference is you look way better cutting :p

I am doing 3, 45 minute cardio sessions a week after some workouts other than legs. Maybe I should do more? I do have a VERY hard time always losing BF, thats why I want to be carefull and not gain it because I will have to lose it, and that SUCKS for me.
 
OK, well as you all know (because I know you wait on baited breath for ol waynes next post) I was having some leg problems. However I went to the gym anyways today and did back and bi's. Very VERY good pump in my bis today and my lifting is up 10 in my bi's and about 10 in my back. I say it is up 10 because I can do it solid with one extra set at the end. I have added that extra set of each excercise if I feel like it and so far it seems to be ok, but only been doing that for about a week now.

I also just did my first delt stick. The shot was painless, but it felt wierd. It may be I am not used to it, and I went VERY slow to make sure I wasn't injecting to fast or anything, but it felt tight and kinda funny. I guess that is to be expected and the real test comes over the next 2 days as I see how sore or not sore it gets. At least I can walk normal with a sore delt. :D Other than that, nothing new, so far it's good.
 
well I weighed myself again today, after this last weeks where I got up to 225 and then down to 222, but up from the start of 216. Overall ok gains starting my 5th week. However today I am 221 so I don't know what the deal is. It may just be water fluctuation, but I have not cut my cals and have in fact up'd them to where I eat 6 meals a day and take in 250-300 of protein a day, and drink at least 3/4ths of a gallon of water a day if not more. However, some great pumps at the gym and some good strength increases overall and some strong added sets. Did my first delt stick last night and it went ok. My shoulder is pretty sore today but I can work around that unlike my recent problomatic quad sticks. So, so far things are getting better and I feel good.
 
When do you weigh yourself? I weigh myself Monday before bed and Friday in the morning. I keep a log of this. I feel there is less fluctuation and doing it at those controlled varibles yields a clearer picture of the future.

uumm......excuse me but.....well.......WHERE DID MY NUTS GO??? Seriously, they are GONE. Just a big ol sac there with nothing to do but hang free, all alone. I have to admit, I knew they would shrink, I was told by quite a few guys they would, and I will be getting my HCG doses in a couple weeks (start of week 8) but still. Being told and actually feeling tiny little tidbits of what once was is another story. CRAP. I got kinda freaked out, but it's part of "the game so suck it up pansy!" as polfajefatoughguyu would say. :D My leg is better today as I forced myself to do some walking on the treadmill yesterday for 40 minutes or so. My shoudler hurt pretty bad yesterday but not only was it easier to work around that shoulder soreness, it's mostly gone today so thats good. I will be trying my first glute stick on tuesday so we'll see how that goes. Everyone says it's "butta" but thats what Iw as told about quads and delts and every other place. So for the record, NONE OF IT IS LIKE BUTTA, it hurts, but you just have to find what works for you, and then change it up when it doesn't work anymore. I am staying away from the scale until next Monday. I don't want to start focusing on a number and more on my body composition and how strong I am getting in the gym. I have gotten a few EQ pumps and I REALLY like them so far. the EQ may not be all there yet, but it has begun to show itself. I really did notice a big pump in my bicept workout this last week but my strength was up bigtime.

While I amnot focusing on how much weight I have gained, one thought did cross my mind I would appreciate any feedback on. IF I am close to my genetic limit, will that make it harder to gain after that, or is the issue with genetic limits not gaining it but keeping it after cycle? Just a thought. Thanks guys, I am off to take a nap.
 
well my shoulder barely hurts today and the slight red discoloration is almost gone so my first delt stick was a good one. I slept abour 12 hours last night, I was just totally drained for some reason. I hate doing that because it throws my eating schedule off but sometimes I can sleep thru my alarm. Oh well, I just eat and eat until I go to the gym.

It has been about 90% right on. However since I am bulking :D I have had a few more treats then I would normally. 6 meals a day 2 shakes one in the morning and 1 right after weights, and I do have a small amount of casin before bed with maybe some PB in it or something. I am getting tired of chicken though, so I may up the lean beef intake for the next few weeks. I am eating more spinch than ever before too as well as green leaf lettuce, I just hate iceberg anymore. My treats now a days are either a PB and honey sandwhich or maybe a bowl of cereal since I don't really have a cheat day. Other than that, I am doing ok.
