One of my main reasons for bodybuilding is revenge, and to do that i needed to gain substantial weight and strength. After gaining 40lbs and a huge boost in strength (160lb bench, 220lb squat, 200lb dead), its now time to test out my strength. This kid name John, back when i was a freshman, took advantage of my small size to push me around (he was 170lbs and still is 170lbs 18% bodyfat or more). in class he would constantly throw paper at the back of my head, and in the halls he would push me against my lockers. The continuous humiliation hes put me through made me snap which led to a brutal fight outside of school. unfortunately standing up for myself at 120lbs wasnt a good idea and i got my ass handed to me. But 2 years later im back at 160lbs and im ready to seek him out tomorrow, and pound that son of a bitch with my fists.
