My first crack at DNP

Well, I'm trying DNP for the first time next week. I've read my ass off and have almost every supplement known to man and/or mentioned in previous threads. The only thing in question is the dosage and duration. I was planning on 200mg a day (powder) for 20 days. One thread mentioned DNP's effects platue after this amount of time. But other threads mention higher doses for a week. I was wondering what would be best and safest for me, 180, 9% BF. Thanks guys, (and gals)
 
Don't run it for that long your first time doing it, stick to doing it for 7 days and take a week off. If you wanted to go for longer after you see how your body reacts to it go for it but do it for 7 days the first time at 200mg. Then the choice is yours whether to bump it up to 400mg and do it for another 7 days or to keep the low dose for longer. Personally I would stick to 7 day cycles as they have worked very well for me.
 
i have used quit a bit of DNP and i taylored it to my scedule and body. if i didn't have much to do that week i woul blitz myself with a week of 400-600mg/day. but man the sides are awfull. if i had a lot to do i would go 200mg/day for about 2 weeks and occasionaly bump up to 400.

I have done this i know my body and how it reacts to dnp. so i would suggest starting at 200 for about 2-3 days and see how the sides affect you if they are not to bad try 400. either way make sure you pay attention to your body

as for the 7 day verse 20 day cycles i have found that they both work well. its up to you if you want to put up awfull side effects for 7 days or mild ones for 20. that is just what i have experienced

If you are going to eat pesticide - eat clean. Most guys blow their DNP cycles by eating like sh-t. Sit down now before you start and write down EXACTLY what you will eat each day and then don't vary from that.
 
is DNP REALLYthat effective at lsing fat to warrent its use?

Wouldnt it just be better to take clen & T3?
 
personaly DNP rocks it melts away fat like you wouldn't believe.
its just the sides are not worth it to me anymore. clen and t3 work well but i have never lost 10 pounds in a week off that i have off dnp.

DNP

DNP is a great drug to loose weight, but whats the rush? There are other products on the market that wont KILL you, or better said, will not raise the probibility of killing you. While many can point to those that have suffered deaths within the hands of DNP as flagrent mis-use or solid ignorance, it even amongst the hands of those within this community, such as DNP GURU (jailbait?), will agree it is a drug that commends a great deal of respect, knowledge, and most of all understanding of its highly dangerious qualities and nature. Further, DNP was also pulled from the market by the FDA because of its inherant dangers as well. I therefore think you should wait, and not rush it. Run more... Eat right... and have patience. You dont win a cookie if you cut down in 1 week as opposed to 2 months and further life should be a bit more important then to take such trivial risks for gains that quite honestly can happen if you only had patience.

Mkay...lot's of interesting opinions and advice, thanks for all of your comments. I already have the DNP, so I'm going to try it. I have always used extreme caution and am very in tune to my body. So I will be careful, the main reason I have decided to try it is I have a very stubborn platue of BF, my body just doesn't want to go lower than 8 or 9%. I've tried it all diet wise and clen/eca/nyc and I think I've reached my genetic potential without losing muscle. It seems the longer I diet and cardio the more muscle I lose, I'm an Ecto Morph so it's harder for me to gain and keep mass. I thought a short bought with DNP might get me over the top. Wish me well and I'll post results and effects. Thanks again for all of your concern. It's great to know my brothers in this quest for bodily perfection care about each other. Salute!:D
