She walks around like she is pissed off all the time. So, I ask the other paralegal if she knows if something is wrong with her. She said that all she does is bitch all day long about how no one appreciates her work and she has too much to do, etc. This is crazy. We are all busy, but we have a VERY friendly, relaxed office. This chick just loves DRAMA! She is constantly on the phone mad at her kids or husband and just keeps things stirred up constantly.

I just walked a pleading in to her to package the suit together to go off via overnight mail. She slammed it on her desk and sighed. I told her, "I'm sorry, but I just got the docs to prep that suit this afternoon and as you know, I need them to go out the same day."

I think she is really being insubordinating. She better watch her step. I'm very friendly, but I'm getting sick of her shit.

Plus, she uses the "n word" from time to time, despite my telling her not to do that.

She also tortures us with talk about her sex life.

she's gone... she's gotta be... people addicted to drama need their drug... how is she gonna form a quiet mind, or pleasant demeanor when she is conditioned on hate, controversy, and such... you gotta fill it with something... what is she gonna compensate by writing poetry, or emo rock songs, some people feed themselves so much shit it creates a hole that can only be filled with shit... what started first the hole or the shit?
I sure would hate to fire people, but no one is above consequence...
and publicly dropping the n bomb... in a law office, doesn't even matter if she's a carney worker working the ferris wheel, doesn't make it even close to acceptable...
