my arms wont grow

ive just finished my 1 st cycle i used 500mg of sust/week and
of 200 mg of deca for 9 weeks, i gained 15 lbs , all my lifts got stronger but my arms stayed the same, here is the workout i used
day 1 rear flys 4x10
pull ups 4x max
partial deads 15,10,10,8,6
barbell rows 4x10
day 2 skull crushers 5x10
bar curls 4x10
cable extentions 4x10
dumbell curls 4x10
dips 3x max
concentration curls 4xmax
day3 legs
day 4 incline press 20,12,10,8,8,6
flat bench 12,8,8,6
arnold press 12,10,10,8
lat raises 12,10,10,8
day 5 and 6 off
day 1 repeat




i was thinking in 3 months do my 2nd cycle of something like this
wk 1 30mg of d bol/day 500mg/test e 300mg/eg
wk2 30mg of d bol/day 500mg/test e 300mg/eg
wk3 30mg of d bol/day 500mg/test e 300mg/eg
wk4 30mg of d bol/day 500mg/test e 300mg/eg
wk5 30mg of d bol/day 500mg/test e 300mg/eg
wk6 30mg of d bol/day 500mg/test e 300mg/eg
wk7 500mg/test e 300mg/eg
wk8 500mg/sust 400mg/primo
wk9 500mg/sust 400mg/primo
wk10 500mg/sust 400mg/primo
wk11 500mg/sust 400mg/primo
wk12 500mg/sust 400mg/primo
wk13-14 pct
hows this cycle itll be my 2nd and what changes to my training should i make
 
what is eg? u mean eq? and if it is eq u need to run it for at least 12 weeks optimally 14 weeks..if you stop it at week 6 it would jus be a waiste, even if u replace it with primo...eq is an awesome product if ran correctly i e 300 mg too little at least 400-600...my arms hit a platoue as well a wile back and I switched to negatives and noticed growth right away...just a thought for ya...it worked for my buddy as well...
 
I don't think you lifted nearly enough. And it doesn't look like you lifted heavy. Might want to look into a 5x5 routine. Try to hit each major body part twice a week.
With that much gear in you you should have been in the gym 3+ hours a day 6 days a week.
Are you on PCT now ?
 
YA BABY! Body drag curls are the shizz! Another good one is to take a light weighted barbell and throw it in the air as high as you can when parallel to the floor. Pay close attention to what you are doing the whole time so you do not drop the weight. Do these for a minute straight without stopping. I usually do 4 sets of these and you will be felling it, trust me.

Body drag curls are the shizz help a lot of people out.
