Ok so it seems like everyone is getting injured..must be some kind of curse...Im in the gym last night..feeling strong...but i have had this nagging slight funny feeling in my left shoulder since last week...well i put on the weight on the incline bench..warm up..feels ok, but now that nagging pain feels a little more funny...after 2 warm ups...add the weight..after rep 5..i kid you not...i had this straight line of pain going from my inner shoulder to my chest...it felt really deep! So i stopped cause the pain sucked...so im stretching it..try to get back under..no go..the pain feels like were the shoulder conects to the chest muscle and afterwards it felt tight in the spot (alot of tension)...so i said fuck it..start doing triceps...as im doing overhead tricep presses i almost tweak my right shoulder!! WTF! Funny thing is that this morning i dont feel that same pain any longer in the spot..now it just feels sore??? but alot better..?? anyway this right before my sust/dbol cycle...going to lay off for the week and hopefully be able to start my cycle as planned next week...
