Ok so it seems like everyone is getting injured..must be some kind of curse...Im in the gym last night..feeling strong...but i have had this nagging slight funny feeling in my left shoulder since last week...well i put on the weight on the incline bench..warm up..feels ok, but now that nagging pain feels a little more funny...after 2 warm ups...add the weight..after rep 5..i kid you not...i had this straight line of pain going from my inner shoulder to my chest...it felt really deep! So i stopped cause the pain sucked...so im stretching it..try to get back under..no go..the pain feels like were the shoulder conects to the chest muscle and afterwards it felt tight in the spot (alot of tension)...so i said fuck it..start doing triceps...as im doing overhead tricep presses i almost tweak my right shoulder!! WTF! Funny thing is that this morning i dont feel that same pain any longer in the spot..now it just feels sore??? but alot better..?? anyway this right before my sust/dbol cycle...going to lay off for the week and hopefully be able to start my cycle as planned next week...
 
I hurt my shoulder throwing a guy out of the bar Wednesday and I was freaked out! I was thinking about all the work and money I had invested and only half way into my cycle!! I just gave it a break until yesterday and it felt a little sore but I was still strong as an ox! I'm so happy!!!
 
Probably a smart thing you are holding off for a week. Best of luck and keep us posted.
 
Lower back pain has been plaguing me again rigth after I start my cycle of course. I didn't even do anything to it, I didn't fuck it up at the gym or anything. Just slowly came on again as it used to do from time to time. I just saw my chiropractor today for the first time in a while. Feels a little better already. We'll see what happens though. Still just startin to go upward with weights. A week off would be best, but it just can't happen right now. At least it doesn't hurt to the pint where i can do certain lifts. Tis the season this year it does seem.
 
That's alright, I'm in mid week 5 of eq/test e cycle and thanksgiving day I wake up and my throat is on fire. I couldnt get any medicine until monday when the doctors office opened back up. I tried to work out last night but I was very weak and was sweating bullets. So hopefully a couple more days of rest will do the trick. :rolleyes:
 
That sucks guys...so far this morning it feels ok...i dont feel any pain..but i can feel it lingering ... im just doing cardio right now and am going to take off the entire week of lifting..i know that i felt the pain while doing incline bench...but i dont want to risk it either..i honestly think i might have tweaked it trying to throw up weights onto my shoulders...you know how it goes when you dont have a training partner...you have to throw up the dumbells up to your shoulders just to start shoulder presses..i think this is where i might have done something...wish someone would invent some kind of stand for this, that way we can place the heavy dumbells on the platforms..sit down and just lift from there...kind of like a rack for shoulder presses...for dumbells of course.
