Might get a new job

ahh i see. I will talk to them about it.

I hate working at chilis bro. Its fast paced, high strung, and people that work there freak out over fuckin food and drinks. Its jus not for me. I guess im better at work that only involves me. I do admit that I tend to not work as hard with other people, but when im by myself theres no one else to blame so I always give it my all. So with the internet potings on ebay, its all up to me to do good or not. Thats why i really want to try this job out. And I have experience with ebay, plus its better pay than both my other jobs, PLUS its a typical M-F 8-5 setting. This would be way better for my family

When I go in on Monday Im gonna ask them:

A) How permanent this job is
B) Is there a minimum/maximum amount I can make per week
C) Do they tax me if they pay me cash?
D) Can they send me the photos/description and I can work from home

Anything else I should bring up?

A) Irrelevant because you arent going to be a W2 employee anyway, sounds like its all 1099 so majke sure you ask them that. That means they can much more easily let you go.
B) Probably no limit, but there actually will be a limit since they only have so much work available and it will be divided over so many contractors.
C) If you are a 1099 contractor no tax.
D) Be sure to ask that
E) Is there any other forms of compensation such as bonuses, raise per post after a certain amount of time, etc.

is it per listing you put up or per listing that actually sells?

You sure your dodge charger can handle a 1 hour commute each way, 5 days a week?

Yea but even If im a W2 employee I dont wanna put my 2 week notices in to my other 2 jobs if this job isnt gonna be atleast somewhat permanent. Because they prob want me to start next week but Im scheduled for the next 2-3 weeks already for my other 2 current jobs

On the CL ad, it said for compensation: up to 1600/month plus bonuses, so Ill def clarify this. They said you get $1.50 per post for the first 2 weeks, then it drops to $1.25 per post, but you also get $1.00 per post at the end of the week as a bonus. So really you get $2.25 per post

thx for ur help dawg

Maybe ill even get my 360 fixed by them! for free!

1099 employees have to pay taxes rob. Usually quarterly, but it's not always necessary.

So yeah, they don't take taxes out from your weekly earnings, but you still have to pay. Company seems legit if they are making him a 1099 employee and not just paying him under the table. Cash or not, the company is going to report the money they are paying out to him. He might be able to fudge it some, but just not paying at all is not a good idea.

lol. no it is for each listing i put up whether it sells or not. I will clarify on this though.

and yea my dodge avenger can def handelt that, it gets about 25+ on the highway. It only has 125,000 miles on it. Whats that car part your supposed to replace around 130-140k miles?

Yes obviously there are taxes to pay but he was asking if the company takes taxes from the pay is what i was talking about.

Glad, in the ad it states its an intership. Better clarify that with them because internships are temporary type stuff
