They have thousands of items, Im almost 100% sure you get paid per posy you list, not when the item sells. I think I would make way more if it were that way?
Either way Im def asking them all those questions on Monday. I do think its stupid to drive there, but tat the same time how do they know its me doing the work and not someone else. Maybe for the first couple weeks they are strict and then they will ease up a bit, not sure.

If you hire out someone else at $1.00 a post and you keep the extra $1.50 or whatever, who cares? They may say you can't sub out the work, so you won't (at least you tell them you won't). Regardless, as long as the work is being done to their satisfaction there shouldn't be any problems. If you do sub out the work don't tell them as you could be breaking your contract.
