And I'm really interested in getting some help on losing weight and tonight up. I'm really sick of my body not being the way I want it to be so I'm willing to do whatever it takes.
At the moment I weigh 147 lbs and I am 5'7. I was kickboxing a lot before, but I recently lost a lot of money so I can no longer afford to pay for my regular gym and my kickboxing gym. I'm planning on joining a gym run by the state, which is really cheap but I'm unsure how good all the facilities are. I've been working out a bit at home- jumping rope, using some free weights and my boyfriend's total gym.
Does anyone have any help for me to really get me started? Any kind of plan I could do with what I have? I'd really appreciate any help...
