sooo....yesterdays workout felt really good, strength is slightly up and it feels as if the EQ is starting to kick in a lil bit coz my endurance felt like it was a lot better too.

BACK: 2/22/12
Wide Grip Pullups (warmup): 3 sets till failure
Bent Over Rows: (155x5)x5
Semi- Bent Over Rows (underhand): (145x5)x5
Deadlifts: 135x5 ; 185x5 ; 205x5 ; 225x3(had to stop coz the fucking belt pinched me) 225x5(fixed the belt)
Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs: 90x10 ; 110x10 ; 130x10 ; 150x10
Close Grip Horizontal Lat Pulls: 90x10 ; 110x10 ; 130x10 ; 150x10
Standing T-bar Rows: 70x10 ; 90x10 ; 115x10 ; 135x10

Thanx bro...yea ive been looking more built and muscular and weight has also gone up, not much of a big change in vascularity yet but its still pretty early in the cycle,

I really wish i woulda kickstarted with an oral, but i decided on this cycle before i knew of the contest.. at that time i felt like i didnt want to blow up like a baloon on something like dbol and i would appreciate my gains a lot more if they are quality, slow and steady, plus i really dont wanna make it too obvious that im juicing to freinds and family.

On a side note, i have been feeling kind of fat lately lol. im not too worried about this now as its just part of bulking up but i know that ima have to start shedding some fat off after March. soo...if any of you guys know some good anti-catabolic fat burners, plz share, i was thinking of trying Albuterol as ive heard better things about it then Clen but really unsure about this stuff as ive never has to try to loose fat or cutt down.

I do however know how to change my died according to my current goal, so i will most likely be relying on that, and cardio, to get leaner.
 
Diet and cardio will lean you out. There are tons of people who will steer you away from clen and opt for albuterol as it is not as hard on the heart, is good on your lipid profile, has a shorter half life and is anti catabolic. I am planning on trying it, hopefully soon if I can. Running albuterol, n2burn or forged burner would be awesome! I think one guy actually ran albuterol/n2burn/t3. That would be an insane cutter but I personally have no interest in t3.

Shoulders: 2/23/12

Started with about 20 mins ab workout to warm up a lil bit

Seated Shoulder Press: 45x10 -- 65x10 -- 95x10 -- 115x8 -- 95x10
OHD Press: 45x10 -- 65x10 -- 95x5 -- 95x5 -- 65x10
Power Shrugs: 135x10 -- 225x5 -- 225x5 -- 225x5 -- 135x10
Seated DB Press: 40x10 -- 40x10 -- 50x10 -- 50x10
Rotated DB Press: 30x10 -- 30x10 -- 30x10
Bent Over Lat raise: 20x10 -- 20x10 -- 20x10 -- 20x10
Rear Delt Machine: 90x10 -- 100x10 --110x10
DB Shrugs: 70x10 -- 80x5 -- 90x5 -- 70x10

Overall the workout felt good, not as energetic as last time but thats prolly coz last time i did deads, those always get me pumped up...

Still waiting on Zed to chime in, just to see what helpful advice hes got to offer :D

Hey bro. Been keeping an eye on you from a distance LOL.
You doing good bro but here are some tips for you to think about.

Stack Forged Burner with N2Slin. That is awsome! Very next best thing to ephedra IMO.
On you power shrugs keep that weight BIG cuz thats where you gonna get the most from them. Meaning that last set, dont drop to 135. Instead even if you need to go doubles keep the weight at 255 or whatever your other work sets were.

In place of the DB shrugs I would do this,
Get set up like your gonna do squats, but instead do shrugs. This is an awsome trap and upper back builder. Go heavy. This will give you way way more then the db shrugs will.

You do this and you gonna have traps like that guy in the Buy Steroids pic bro.

on a side note, i was thinking of just getting some katanadrol instead of a fat burner, might make a nice finishing touch? lol

time to go read some katana logs..
