I don't know if its me, but lately I've been noticing more and more topics on the never ending fight agianst Acne

I'm sure everyone will benefit with a sticky for tips and tricks towards acne
everyone on this board struggles with it and everyone's always looking for an answer or cure. Some of the smartest and most expierenced people are on this board and it is a waste for us not to have their knowledge and expierences. we get random post that are gone quickly and the vital information on them is never seen agian

so lets create a sticky guys and when its made just Post your weapon towards this fight of destroying these fucken pimples,

I don't know but I am ready to turn to Accutane or a Dermatologist.. my roomie has Retin-A perscription and the shit doesnt work so im really out of suggestions, I tan 2-3x a week , and its only on my shoulders, center of my chest and back. I dont know what the fook 2 do. UGH

my cousin used pro-active for his face and he had great results with it, i doubt it is strong enough for the AS induced acne

Accutane cures it 100% , but it will kepp coming back if you continue to run Test. Sooner or later the dermatologist is no longer allowed to perscribe it in ordinance w/ the new Ipledge program they must follow. (can give you no more then 8-10 week treatments)

You can get it from a certain trusted chemical research company. I'm 2 days on on that now....so we'll see if it works just as good!

Ive been taking extra garlic and zinc supps and acne is all but gone and it was pretty bad,noticed a change after a few days!!

I've never broken out before during ANY cycle, but always during PCT... I'm sure it's the HCG, maybe the clomid too... this past cycle though, I started breaking out fiercely on my back & shoulders at the end of the cycle...for the life of me, I dunno why... it was a prop and NPP cycle...done prop before, never done NPP

I used to preach the use of a good acne body wash (neutrogena) and a good face-cleaning system... drinking water, tanning, etc.... but none of that worked this time... even rubbing clearasil on the areas didn't do anything.... I've started using clindamycin phosphate lotion... my bud's dermo recommended it to him, said it worked wonders.... been using it for a few days now...nothing dramatic, but it seems to be drying out the acne a bit.
