Hey bros. Everyone asked me to post when I got in the mag so I'm letting you know I'm in the Sept 2006 issue on page 74 and 76. I will be in there more in the coming months. This the first set of exercises that we shot showing me demonstrating exercises that I DO NOT DO!LOL! Seriously you'll see what I mean when you see them...
