Sorry guys! Workout went well I guess??? I started at a simple point with perfect form on all 3. Needless to say I only strated with 135 on all three.....what is the best way to scale this for myself Zed???

Yeah it feels a lil crazy @ first lifting light also I thought I would loose muscle on the build up to heavier but I never and before you know it you will be right at the weights were you left off only this time you will fly past them on to heavier lol it's funny how it works I think a % of you mind says you've done it before you try lol do that way there's no room for failure!!
Anyway nice way to start it off with good form !! Good Job my friend!
 
Yeah I would Greg because if you go in too heavy from the start it will stop you from been able to add for every workout quicker, see it will go so fast adding weights as you add twice per wk on workout A then the following week you add twice on workout B, so I would just bare with it.

I think if you have a stack of weights either side of the bb to prop it up to where a rack would have it or them steps that you use for aerobics either side should do. In going to have the same issue at one my gyms so I'm going to do either of them. Lol were there's a will there a way !!
 
It just makes me feel like I ain't doing shit WITH the shit going thru my body!!! But I know it covered all that skepitic shit so I should just shut up and lift!
 
Bro I gotta tell you 135 LBs might be on the high side. But if we have to reset you its not the end of the world either. That was a dam good idea that suga had on your rack pulls. What I do at home is I use 2 of those yellow saw horses that Lowes and Home Depot sell. The heavy duty ones.
I urge to you log your workouts bro. It really is amazinly helpful and the input that you get in here is priceless too.

Warm -up

Squat - 135 - 5x5

Flat BB Bench - 135 - 5x5

Bent Rows From Floor - 135 -5x5

Frenh Press - Curl bar w/ 25 each side - 3x8

Bodyweight Dips - 2x15

*Zed do u want me to start lighter?? I plan on using 135 for deads and front squats not really sure for I've only done them a few times???
 
Well its tuff to say bro. Do you know your 5 rep maxes in those lifts?
Also on your front squats knock that down to 105 bro, cuz youve only done them a few times.
On deads do not sacrifice form for weight.
 
OK then what were you liftin for these exxcersizes?
 
I mean shit if you do the math by 12 weeks and if I keep going from 135 on my lifts those would be......shit guess I need to do the math LMAO!
 
Bro it works out to 45kg (90lbs) per upper body lift and 90kg (180lbs) per lower body lift that gets added over 12 weeks. I assume you use lbs so yeah, 135 would build up to 215lbs (upper body) and 315lbs (lower body) over the course.

Yes bro, remember you increase deads by 10lbs per workout as you only do them 1-2 times per week compared with 3x squats. Before I hurt my foot I was gonna start with 90kg (198lb) squat and dead. Would've made it 180kg (396lbs) which was my 1 rep max on deadlift assuming no stalling and resetting.

I haven't been able to touch base with RADAR so if anyone else can chime in on the whole diet issue that would be awesome!!
 
Per a previous conversation these were the tenative numbers:

Cals: 3500ish

Protein: 2 grams per pound BW

Fats: Only healthy fats but keep fairly low

Carbs: ???

Remaining balance. Keep fats to 100g or less and then the rest from
Complex carbs except for post workout, then simple carbs are great. If you want big blast is a great post workout shake from what I understand and it will help the recovery process by flooding the body with the aminos, protein, carbs your body needs to start repairing itself.

What is your goal again? If bulk add n2bulk before bed.

Also is there any truth that taking Beastdrol before working out has a greater effect then not??? If not I'll keep my dosing 9AM - 9PM.
 
I believe it does make a difference bro, not from personal experience but a couple of mates of mine have told me it helps to take one cap an hour before training. One of them takes 2 an hour before but some people get nasty headaches from that. Why not try it out see how it works for you?

Well guys I have to say I'm sorry....I can't do the 5x5 until I get back from Jamaica. I've been going over this and it just is not the right time to try something completly new to me! It's just like doing roids, people shouldn't do them unless they have researched EVERYTHING! I don't know enough about this yet BUT will before I start!

*OK had a great workout going till upright rows......I'm assuming I got the Beastdrol back pumps???? I had a hard time finishing my workout and had to lower all weight. SO....how often does this happen?? I'm only on 2 a day for the first 2 weeks then increasing dose so I need to get this down quick!!! It's not water cause I'm putting down 2+ gallons a day! Should I up my Taurine??? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!
 
Def add taurine. It will not get rid of back pump but it will make it more manageable and allow you to lift.

Try 1500 and see how that goes. Take a serving like 45 minutes before the gym

Yeah figured I would have you try 1500 before jumping right to 2000 so will have to see how you respond. If you want a different leg routine check out my log!! Let me know what you think.
 
Just watch those joints on that 5x5....take it easy on those a.I.'s since you're running a cycle. Stock up on krill oil and maybe some skeletal balm from n2bm, I was 400mg week of deca and still had joint issues

I love em, but switch them up with French DB and other excersises! I never have a set routine in place when I go to the gym. I lt my body tell me what it needs. If it needs more I do more if less then I do less! Always changing shit up!!!

I take a very similar approach to my training as well. From what exercises to reps, sets and rest periods. I think the body is the best way to gauge what should be done, no point in injuring yourself from pounding heavy iron if your body can't handle it. Sometimes less is more.

Fo Sho! If I'm not feeling it then I don't do it!! I've learned that when I use to try to push thru I would end up being pissed for not having a killer workout which will demoralize the whole workout!! On those days I switch to high rep, concentrated work! Then I'm pumped as shit and feel like I killed the workout instaed of feeling like I didn't give it my best!
