Lump formation????

i have been using about 250mgs a week of ethanate to help recovery from disc surgury. My problem is that i started forming a nipple lump from that small of dose. Stupid me i didnt think i would need an anti e with this. i have some dostinex and femara on hand but no anastrozole or nolva, can i use either of these at this point or should i just order some azole or nolva? thanks in advance.

I would use the AI LETROZOLE (FEMARA) since your have already noticed
a lump forming.
