I remember hearing about a list that stalin compiled before the start of ww2, the result, all people who found their names on the list were shot. This is funny that he's only asking for canadians. I wonder if this is a clever ploy by an american who is worried about the extreme size and strength that us canadians possess. Once he compiles his list we'll all be shot. whats that, we won't be shot? Your probably right, i'm just paranoid.
