Lipo 6 Black? make my own ECA?

Hey guys, just a quick one. I need to cut up and have been checking out the Lipo 6 black. I've used Lipo 6 when it first came out and hydroxy hardcore but never this.

What are your thoughs on this product?

Would you suggest I just supplement with my own ECA, baby asprin, ephedrine, and caffine? If so how much would you reccomend daily and how many doses ED and can I even get ephedrine anywhere?

broncaid over the counter from your pharmacy, go with the eca stack honestly at 25 200 81 2-3 times a day.

What is the reason for the asprine anyhow? and Broncaid is essentially Ephedrine? does it come in pill or hows that work?

Appreciate the advice.

Also anyone have any suggestions to completed my stack? ... CEE, Whey, ECA (after CEE), and need something else. I was thinking a BCAA or Glutamine but feel like I need something different.
 
What's up man..I can't speak about the Lipo 6 Black but I can tell u aboue the ECA..the caffeine pills 200 mg and the Aspirin 81mg are both very cheap and you can get them anywhere..price wise go woth the Bronkaid..I almost bought the old Vasopro Ephedrine under some new name now but it was like fourty bux for ten pills so that would last like what three days..anyway what I do is use VPX meltdown at two caps in am and the use the ECA stack in afternoon and if I crash I will have another dose at night..so you could use the black in morning and then ECA the rest of day..as far as the CEE and Glutamine etc it depends on what your goal is..you should always supp with the whey as far as I am concerned should be a staple for sure..so what is your overall goal so I can help you a bit..how long you been training etc how are you eating and how much weight you looking to lose etc..
 
I've been training about 10 years now, I'm 190 but at my most ripped about 179 (so you have an idea of my body type since I dont have a BMI measurement for you off hand)

and was thinking about ZMA but thinking I might not now, I have a post not to long ago up above somewhere where I go on a rant about it lol.

I want to supp one more thing to my stack but cant figure out what yet. Maybe something anabolic or some type of volumizer, really not sure. I don't want to inlist BCAA since they are already in my Amino pills from Twinlab and the more I read up ZMA is looking more pathetic by the day since I'll be on a multi anyhow.

I'm leaving the thermogenic for after the creatine cycle so I didnt list it above.
