Squat, Press, Dead, Row repeat; or Snatch, Clean, Jerk, Squat, Press....add weight to the bar and eat plenty. Much more effective than cable curl, hammer curl, ezbar curl, tri ext, leg curl, lep press, smith squat, incline fly with pinkies out, etc....

I guess I wasn't clear.

The post that I didn't completely agree with (mickeyb69) said he should do bench press, incline press, pull-ups, barbell rows and t-bar rows on Monday, deadlifts, front squats, leg presses and decline weighted sit-ups on Wednesday and military press, shrugs, rear delts, tri's and bi's on Friday. Many of those are great exercises.

By saying he should switch things up, I simply meant he didn't have to follow such a rigid routine. For example what would be wrong with doing deadlifts, pull-ups and clean and press on Monday? Nothing right? That was my only point. I didn't say he should do "incline fly with pinkies out". wtf?

Nobody mentioned cleans, jerks and snatches... all exercises that I do and would recommend to others. Furthermore, I didn't say anything about EZ bar curls or smith machine squats... I can't remember the last time I did either of those and would not recommend them to anyone. I agree with you but I don't know why you assume I'm telling him to use the smith machine?

I read the training stickiest bro. Anyway, tone it down killer, or ask for clarification before you try and flame me.
