I weighed 221.5 today. Got a lot of sleep this weekend. I am going to double up my efforts to get 8+ hours of sleep, and dial in my diet some more for the remaining time. This last week I was getting 7 hours, and eating half hazardly. I have 4 weeks left. Really want to see 230, don't know if that's possible without becoming an Orca. Joints are starting to get sore, may have to start training over 5 reps
Thinking of doing German Volume Training with 10 sets of 6 reps instead of the 4,3,2,4,3,2 method I was planning on. Getting pretty damn strong though
