Judge Throws Out Obesity Suit Against McDonalds

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A federal judge on Thursday threw out a revised lawsuit against McDonald's Corp. that accused the fast food restaurant of using misleading advertising to lure children into eating unhealthy foods that make them fat.

the judge probably has alot of his money invested in mcdonalds stocks. i dont know about misleading advertising but to install an enclosed playground in the resturaunt sure does wonders to attract children. but i believe the lawsuit is frivolous anyhow.
