Ive been moving..I havent forgotten.


From now on - I do request that ANY workout/diet plan I design is NOT to be given out to anyone.

There are various reasons for this - the primary one being that I discovered that someone has been passing off my ideas as their own and actually making money from it, both from PT fees and from "endorsements".

(you know who you are and if you THINK this applies to you - then it probably does)


Any training concepts that I formulate are considered Intellectual Property, and under the strict definition, using them without my written consent is grounds for a financial settlement, EVEN IF they have been posted on this or any EF forum.


I have no issue with the current plans that are floating around...but enough is enough.

You have done alot to help the women here as well as the old school plan. Very sad...

REALLY?? REALLY?? Dang!! I had no idea......Well, heck.....I'm an only child so I don't share as it is...so no worries.....




Had fun whilst out....drank too many drinks - so couldn't eat, which may be a good thing....managed a couple of small appetizers, then we went to a different place where I tried to eat - but couldn't.....eh.....new day tomorrow, but Thursday is a DAY OFF on ALL counts.....:dance2:
 
OK it amuses me that I have all these leftovers from the place #2 we went to but I can't eat them!! My idea of a treat right now is a protein bar!! :lmao:

So the tally is:

Place #1: 4-5 small Pomegranite martinis (lost track), 1 PRO-shoot flatbread (that's for you Alex!!), few fries (white & sweet potato), 1 cheese plate (1/4 green apple, some pecans, 5 chunks parmesan cheese), 2 glasses of Sannnnngiooooo-VASE (as my husband said it)

Place #2: 1 White Martini, water, 1/2 of a pulled pork mini-sammich, couple tastes of horseradish mashed 'taters

Home: 1 choc. chip. protein bar, water

Totals for the day: Who the heck knows!! :lmao:
