**Day 20 No Alcohol!!

7:30am
Iced Coffee: ~ 12 oz. black coffee + ice + 2 packets Splenda + 2 tblsp. Coffee Mate Gingerbread flavor

1 Double Chocolate Vitamuffin

7:45am
1 scoop Choc. Protein Powder + ice + water

8:00am - Dr's Appt

9:00am - Physical Therapy
Warmup on Stationary Bike - 5 mins
Measurement: 0 degrees, 145 degrees
SLRs: 9lbs - 3x10
Iso Kinetic Pyramid Kicks (tried to do my usual sets but machine stopped working)
Stim - 15 mins
Seated R Leg Extensions: 62.5lbs - 3x10
Seated R Leg Ham Curls: 37.5lbs - 3x10
TKEs: 100lbs - 3x10

11:50am
2 Glucorell

**Water Tally: 2 (16.9oz) bottles of water + 3 (16 oz.) Pint glasses of water

Tuna Tataki Appetizer: 4 slices rare tuna + cucumber salad + caviar + wasabi mayo (only dipped a little into this)

Chicken Sandwich: Grilled chicken on a roll with lettuce, tomato, bacon & fried onions (which I picked off the 2nd half) and blue cheese dressing - which I forgot to ask for none.... :rolleyes:
Side salad with vinegar & oil dressing

That is the brand name....Vitamuffin.....they are small, 100 calorie muffins - about 2 oz. and they come in diff. flavors - blueberry, bran, cranberry & my personal favorite - Double Chocolate. They have about 6g of fiber per muffin, some protein and various vitamins/minerals.....You can find them in the freezer section of the grocery store around where the waffles are......

Hmmmm are they worth the 100 cals??

They are a tad dry.....but the chocolate IMO is good - plus they have a good amount of fiber and are a quick thing to eat, like in the morning, for breakfast when I don't have time to make oatmeal...... plus they are better than cake if you need a chocolate fix.....
