Ugh!! Shoulder knot is back again tonite..... Shoulders yesterday + woke up on stomach this morning = KNOT....Grrrrr!!

Yessss, Treil, I've stretched.....

OMG I slept sooooooooo good!! If any of you ladies didn't sleep, I guess I captured Mr. Sandman & held him down......I did wake up & caught myself on my stomach & made myself turn over..... Also, last nite I got my husband to press on the knot very hard - which made it "crunch" so to speak, so this morning it's a little stiff & sore but not like it was.......when he was pressing on it - my neck & arm went numb....eek!

(Will be interesting to see the comparison after tomorrow, ie water weight)

6 egg whites + about 1 egg yolk (container froze in the fridge) scrambled with 2.5 oz. ground turkey + drizzle catsup

3.75oz. fresh strawberries

1 serving (8 oz.) Crystal Light Tangerine/Strawberry with Calcium

Ewwwww - crunch and numb.....doesn't sound good!!!! Feels better tho, huh? Well, that's a good thing.

Just checking in for the first time in a couple days. I was pleasantly surprised to see that 138!!!! Good job, Jen!!! :twirl:
