Yeah it wasn't pleasant.........so my cheat meal (including my FAVS chocolate & booze) was a flop, as I didn't really enjoy it with the aftermath I had, thus it wasn't worth it......Should've stayed home.....oh well.....

Today is a new day!!

**Day 1 No Alcohol!!
(starting over again - this may last a little longer cuz last nite grossed me out)

**Slept from 3:30am - 10:15am.....not sure how much of last nite's meal to log in Fitday if at all.....

1 large mug coffee + 4 packets Splenda + 2 tblsp. FF creamer**
**Only drank 1/2 the mug - blech!! Reminds me of the scene in Anchorman where Will Farrell yells: "Milk, it was a baaad choice!!" :lmao:

11:30am
6 scrambled egg whites + 1 grilled turkey burger + drizzle ketchup

12:00pm
1/2 cup dry oats + 1 packet Splenda + pumpkin pie spice
(feel like I need a carb to settle my stomach)

12:15pm
1 cup Gatorade
(I'm thinking this is a case of food poisoning....Yay!!)

~ 12:45pm - Walk, outdoors, 1 hour or so.....

~ 1:30pm
Grilled Cheese: 1 slice FF cheese, Hellman's Dijonnaise, 3.75oz. Turkey Breast Lunchmeat, 2 slices tomato
1 Pickle Spear
1/2 of a pretzel rod, couple potato chips (few small broken bits)

2 Hershey's Kisses

Diet Pepsi

5:40pm
2 Glucorell

6:00pm
3.75 oz. steak
2 oz. zucchini + 2 oz. yellow squash + 3/4 oz. bell pepper, grilled
2/3 cup cooked Zatarin's Black Bean & Rice Mixture

1 serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM blend

**Water Tally: 3 (16.9oz) bottles of water + 1/2 gallon Crystal Light Pink Lemonade

7:10pm
Multi

7:15pm - Walk, outdoors, 45 mins

9:00pm
1 scoop Protein Powder in water + ice
2.5 tblsp. ANPB

Totals: 1625 cals, Fat: 58g/33%, Carbs: 138g/30%, Fiber: 18g fiber, Protein: 147g/37%

I didn't check my temp, didn't bother.......but yes, I'm feeling better today - actually was feeling better last nite.....

I think I'm more annoyed on the $$$$ waste aspect..... :FRlol:

**Day 2 No Alcohol!!

(only drank about 3/4 of it, but will record the whole thing)

9:50am
6 scrambled egg whites + drizzle ketchup + 1 Jennie-O turkey burger
4 oz. grapefruit

12:30pm
2 Glucorell

12:50pm
1 WW Smart Ones Oriental Chicken meal
Added: 6 broccoli florets, 1 3/8oz. bell pepper + 2.25oz. chicken

4 oz. green grapes

Multi + 2 tabs Gluc/Chon

**Water Tally: 2 (16.9oz) bottles of water

3:10pm
1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
1/2 oz. hulled sunflower seeds

Good job... C people think alcohol is the world... I like it here and there... I have had maybe two or 3 alcoholic beverages this whole year. I'm just not a big drinker...
