**Day 3 No Alcohol!!

1 Travel mug of coffee + 4 packets Splenda + 2 tblsp. FF creamer

**My head feels like it's in a fog and my biceps are SORE!! I think the 21s woke
'em on up.......

9:40am
BLT&C: 2 slices Arnold Bakery Light WW bread + 1 tblsp. FF mayo + 1 slice FF cheese + 3 turkey bacon slices + 1 leaf romaine + 2 thin slices tomato

1 Dannon Light N Fit w/Fiber Strawberry Yogurt

11:00am - Errands/grocery store......It's amusing - just about everywhere I go, at least 1 person comments on my leg brace -- they point & say "ACL right?" It's amazing how common of an injury it is....

***Dunno what it is today - I feel "out of it" - in a daze & I've had a headache most of the day.....blah!

12:00 - Walk, around Riverfront, 1 hour
(includes browsing around Vanity Fair for a few mins)

Iso-Kinetic Kicking: 4 sets of 10
TKEs: 90lbs - 3x10
SLRs: 7lbs - 3x10

**Good news!! I have to do the burst test (a strength test) on Friday, and if I do well, I won't have to go to PT for a while....I'll just be able to do my exercises on my own at the gym!! Yay!!

O.k. so I have listened to the Tool cd a bit more.... I think it's just o.k.. I mean there really is only like 1 maybe 2 hard core songs and the rest is just noise. I can't even hardly tell when one song ends and one begins on some of the songs. Hmmmmm
I don't have any of their older stuff. Are they always like this?
