Hey Jens,
Have you thought about training to compete again? Figure right? It looks like you are able to do many traditional exercises again. Maybe it would keep you motivated by having a goal again?
*Side note I wrote this without reading thru le last few pages of you log, my computer won't hold a connection long enough to read too much, lucky if this will post.

Well I'd like to still be able to do the Sept. 24 show......but I still can't do Closed-Chain exercises like squats, leg presses, etc, nor can I do a lot of cardio......

Well for a little bit... now I'm at work BOOOOOOOOO :( I heard the weather up there was crummy... I can't wait til NOvember I'm coming back for visit though I only like it when there is snow on the ground :)

We haven't had that much snow lately here.....winters keep getting warmer....

Can I get a free tan?? LOL
