:wavey: Hi all!! Still feeling better, tho a bit stuffy.....can't have enough tissues....

Roons - I have today & tomorrow off.....I didn't expect to get so many days off just starting in August, but I had 7 days to use & I had 2 left (well I still have 2 more hours sigh!)......I was going to go to VT, but am not allowed to ski so stayed home & ran errands today.....

Enjoy your vacay, Jens! I was momentarily excited that we'd hear from you more if you started posting from work (like the delinquent I am! :lmao: )

Well we have internet access at work, but I've been afraid to do anything but take the 2 secs to pay my CC bill and change something on Fitday.....even tho a coworker live streams ESPN radio all day......

Walk to gym; 40 mins

Chest/Delts
Warmup: Pushups - 1x10, 1x12
DB Flat Press: 30lb DBs - 1x10; 35lb DBs - 1x10; 40lb DBs - 1x10, 1x8
Front DB Raises: 12.5lb DBs - 4x8
Seated Pec Deck: 100lbs - 1x10; 115lbs - 1x8, 1x6; 100lbs - 1x8
Seated O/H DB Press: 27.5lb DBs - 1x8, 1x7; 22.5lb DBs - 1x8, 1x7
Standing DB Lateral Raises: 15lb DBs - 1x6; 12lb DBs - 3x10
Cable Crossovers: 17.5lbs* - 1x10; 22.5lbs* - 3x10
*Each side

Walk Home; 40 mins
