Yeah that's true, but I've got a friend who blew his knee apart 4 days after me & he's back to everything.....my PT said I can't compare to other people, but I feel I should be able to do more.....my PT said to let the pain & swelling guide me, so....
 
Ice baby Ice...for the knee of course! RICE = REST ICE COMPRESSION ELEVATION...
I hope you're better...I AM sooooooo sleepy 6:23 am, BF just left road bike, and I am waiting for YES to sink in before I get dressed...took my T.Rex with coffee...Doing HITT on spinning class, and back workout...

Yeah, I'm working on forcing myself to do so.....



**Note to self: Start D-root today, add a bit more carbs, find SOMETHING to wear for the trophy thing (Yikes!), apply self tanner, use Crest Strips, color hair, do nails.....

**Day 12 No Alcohol!!

Wake: 8:30am (knee sore, no walk this morning)
Waking Temp: 97.3 (much better number!)
Weight: 141

8:45am
1 Glucorell

9:00am
Iced Coffee: 2 packets Splenda, 1 tblsp. SF Vanilla Syrup, 2 tblsp. FF Vanilla Creamer, ~ 10 oz. coffee, ice

9:40am
6 egg whites scrambled with tomato/bell pepper & 1 oz. leftover steak

Scrip + 2 Levorex

12:00pm
1 Glucorell

12:15pm
1 cup cooked Healthy Harvest WW Penne pasta
3 oz. grilled chicken + 4 asparagus spears + Red Bell pepper
Sauce made from: 1/4 cup peas blended with veggie broth & Total Fage 0% Greek Yogurt

12:30pm
3 Dandelion Root + 1 Dietex (got 3 left in the bottle so I'll finish them up)

Ummm, lessee.....gone for a few walks this week, walked up to the gym 1 day this week the same day I did a morning walk, etc.......PT said let soreness/swelling be the guide to how much activity I do....so with the soreness I guess I need to back off a bit.....
