**Day 11 No Alcohol!!

Wake: 7:30am (cat wouldn't let me sleep - kept pawing at my head)
Waking temp: 96.5
Weight: 141lbs

7:50am - Walk outside, around Riverfront, ~ 40 mins
(it was swamp-like outside, bleh!)

8:30am
1 Glucorell

8:45am
2 Waffles + SF syrup
2 Brown N Serve Turkey Sausages

Diet Pepsi

**Water Tally: 3 (16.9 oz) bottle of water

10:45am
1 slice leftover WW/veggie pizza (made from TJs WW crust)

That's great that you're on such a waffle kick. In my sleepy state this morning, I forgot to spray PAM in mine and let's just say it wasn't a pretty sight. :rolleyes:
