Oh and I made some hard boiled eggs today & some exploded open in the pot so I guess I'm copying Treil now....

I have that problem all the time when I hard boil eggs
Well til I got this neat little thing ya put in there with the eggs and it shows when they are soft, medium or hard Its great!!!

hmm... we could use some rain here too... sunny and HOTTTTTTT (mid 90's...again )

Hey Jens! Hope everything besides the hard boiled eggs is good! LOL...
I eat so many egg whites, no one understands me...BUT the way I do it and hope you will love it if you try it...
I separate the egg whites in rubbermaid container...-Easier chore if you are on the phone-next to the sink and have rubbermaid on one side, cup to crack egg on the other side, and yolks go down the drain....check how many egg whites fill one cup, for further measuring idea....So I keep egg whites in container in fridge...ready to use.
Get home starving...put pan on stove, add PAM, and egg whites and let sit, like a pancake and add salt...OH yum yum! flip like pan cake and you will almost be in love...LOL...brown or leave as soft as you wish...
