Speaking of bodyfat...... I played around with my calipers again & got: 19% & 21.8%.

I tossed out all the low #'s (like 15, 14, 10, etc.....)

Kay -- we'll re-evaluate @ the full body pics.... but if I'm 19-21% I'm pretty happy with that..... most of my goosh is around my waist....
