1 serving Turkey Chili + 2 tblsp shredded cheese
1 Michelob Ultra (hey! It's football!!)
6 potato chips

M3 ~ 3:30 pm
4 3/8 oz sweet potato fries, ketchup
1/2 Carbdown Flatout bread, 2.5oz steak, 1 slice FF cheese slice, onions & peppers
4 Veggie Gyoza potstickers, 2 tblsp sweet N sour sauce

M4 7:30 pm
Asparagus, grilled in ~ 1 tblsp Newman's Own Light Balsamic Viniagrette
4 oz grilled chix breast, topped with 1/4 cup Spaghetti Sauce & 1 tblsp Parmesan Cheese (the real stuff, not the canned stuff)
1 calcium chew

Also drank a "Posertini" today..... so named thanks to Sassy!

Totals: approx. 1707 cals, 150g carb, 25g fiber, 134g protein, 59g fat (17g sat, 4g poly, 15g mono)
**not including the Posertini, not sure of the cals on it.....

Shadow -- suggestions on what to eat? I want something to chew on & am out of: milk, cottage cheese, peanuts
