wake up 830-9am: Cup of oats with peanut butter

second breakfast 11am: 3eggwhites 1 egg with cup oats or whole wheat toast(i'm not a fan of bread anymore bc of gluten but sometimes i do have it

prework out meal usually 1hr before: brown rice or sweet potato with balsamic vin dressing and some type of small protein nuts or more peanut butter

post workout: scoop whey scoop casein banana cup oats.

1hr later brown rice or potato or sweet potato sometimes 2 of them with grilled chicken.

2hrs after is usually dinner whatever mom cooks...i know im lucky but if i dont like what she makes same as the previous one

thats about it any suggestions. I am a fan of carbs i dont believe in the low carb diets. I try to stay away from sugars as much as i possibly can
