Is this gynecomastia or just a pulled muscle?

Ok, this is only my second week of my Tbol only cycle of 60mg ED.

Over the past few days, my left pec has been extremely "tight". It is like where the muscle starts at the armpit area is pulling on the whole pec. My nips are not painful, but I'm still kinda worried. My left pec is quite larger than my right pec, because it seems like my left pec is always "pumped up"

Should I be worrried?
