Well, i'm reviewing part of the Atkins book where he talks about the benefits of adapting a Low Fat, Low Protein, High Complex Carb diet for a few days in order to break up logjams in your weight loss. Fruit and simple sugars are not allowed/.
Anyway, i'm wondering what are some popular complex carb choices that everyone enjoys eating? I'm taking in around 1900 calories a day right now and i'd like to stay at that level. Sample menu anyone?
