Hey All,

Well I think it's time for me to post up and to show all the hard work I've been putting out lately.

These are in progress pics!!! Not END RESULTS. The before's are after losing 20 pounds. The "afters" are after no weight loss, just fat. Those aren't the real befores either. Those are god awful and I just can't get myself to post them. So here goes!!
