I think much like the real HCG, it has great benefits if used DURING one's cycle. 5 caps a days the last 4 weeks of cycle was awesome for me.

HCGenerate is a truly great product. BRIDGE also contains Fadogia. So between using HCGenerate while on to prevent LH shutdown and BRIDGE between cycles, to maintain LH and FSH output, you can virtually avoid 90% of the down sides of going on and off steroids.
