Judge said this stuff shouldn't be on a ballot. He's right besides, there's no purpose making a law that's based upon popularity. Let's say they outlaw it, then they make ANOTHER proposition in 4 years, then this time it passes (support for geigh marriage grows every year). Even the judge knows it's just a matter of time so props really are just popularity contests. If yuo lose, keep putting it on the ballot and spending money on marketing til you win.
This way he answered it once and for all. I doubt it'll get overturned. Geigh marriage is here to stay and divorce lawyers (and pick3) around the nation are dancing tonight.
