I'm Old And Fat!

Well, at 58 years old and 195 pounds that's what my doctor thinks. Well FUCK YOU doc! lol

Just got my latest blood test back.

Blood pressure (which is high on everyone my age ) is 130 over 75.

Testosterone: 950.

Free Test 25.7 pgs (Considered high for a 29 year old)

Estrogen 15ngs

Cholesterol; 160

LDL: 76 (less than 100 is optimal)

HDL: 67 (Anything over 45 is excellent)

My waist is 31 inches.

And this doushbag told me I should lose some weight and lower my HRt because my high free t was "a concern." What the fuck?!?!? HE should be doing so well.

Anyway, I'm down south and eating my face off. The food is AMAZING. Here I am in New Orleans. Poboys and Ribs BITCH.

Exercise and supplements and lots of both. (And HRT) Keeps ya young. Don't forget it.

I've never seen anyone that was fat that had a 31 inch waste. But you know doctors are always right. Is he the same doc that prescribed you the HRT ?

Sent from my EVO4G.

good job man.. i'm 51 not as tight as you as i'll hold more bf.. but i keep the 50" chest and 36" waist..

keep doing what you are doing..

question for you though.... have you done the whole body mri cancer scan yet?? something to look into.. test and gh issues as we get older, that's probably what he's factoring..

I have 0 respect for all doctors now. Except surgeons and the ones working the ER . The rest are all worthless as tits on a bull.

Nah, that doc is long gone. But all the following ones are perplexed by it. it's amazing how ignorant they are about this stuff. It's funny, you'd think the younger ones would be more open minded but I find the older doctors are more aware. The younger ones are more concerned with following what the book says and the book says testosterone is a controlled substance. BUGGA BUGGA ! It requires a triple script and that freaks them out!

What do call someone who graduates at the bottom of his class in medical school?

DOCTOR! lol

Yeah, we got to look after that old people shit. Damn, if i were to do all that they say I need 'd be in the doctors office non stop!

I don't know my GH, I'm sure it's down a bit, but I'm holding off since cancer runs in my family. I'll just squat and try to get as much sleep as possible.

But you're right. Eventually I'll do it. But I don't want them THINKING they found something then I have to stress taking a dozen more tests. I did do the obligatory colonoscopy. Everything was fine.

it sucks that is what your doc thinks.. it would probably be worth the time and effort to find a good doc.. they are out there.. network.. talk to friends, colleagues anyone ..

^^^ This. Anytime I have ever seen a doctor I got shoved out the door with some dumbass prescription I didn't need, and I found out I knew more about my ailment than the doctor did. The other thing is they get visibly pissed when you show that you have an understanding of the issues at hand, and give you this snarky attitude like you don't know what you're talking about becausse you learned something on teh internets.
