Holy Sh*t! You look amazing.....totally amazing. I can only wish to have half the body you do.... :)

Please please please swing by the Women's Board sometime and share your knowledge. I would love to hear your thoughts on contest dieting and training. As well as helping the other ladies there. I think you would be a great asset to *any* board here. :)

Thank you so much for your compliments - i really love the sport. I will definately head over to the women's board to talk with everyone, I appreciate your asking me.

Oh boy sister, when you get the time to make it over, I'll be picking your brain plenty.....Planning on doing an NPC Figure Show soon-ish and want some thoughts on how to modify my diet. :) And other contest-related stuff.....

SORRY - Forgot to add back the 6 oz of sweet potato at lunch - my apologies for taking away your carbs...shame on me!
Thank you very much for your evaluation. I know that my arms and shoulders (especially shoulders need help). They will be a priority next time around. I really appreciate the diet advice as well. There are some things that I didn't think about on there. I do eat meat, but I think that fish and chicken has more protein for the amount of calories they contain. Do you think it is a bad thing to go low calorie if that means no cardio, or would you recommend upping the calories and doing cardio? Thanks again for your time and input.

I replied to you on another thread...but wanted to answer here that red meat has an amino acid profile not found in your other sources - hardens you up too. At least try adding it at the 5th meal.

If what i suggested becomes too low-cal - like...ur dropping like a stone... add an oz. or two more of protein source to each meal and maybe another oz. or two of sweet potato at lunch meal.

You really don't want to rely on cardio more than your nutrition to help you burn fat. You can always tinker with your nutrition, but once you've burnt up some muscle its hard to replace pre-contest..plus you don't want that prisoner of war, oh so stringy look either. I would definately suggest some cardio, like high-intesity, short-duration (think sprinter, rather than marathoner...) Few times a week now - 20 mins max - 3 times.
