so im gunna get drunk as shit then for tomorrow what should i do?

i was thinkign have a protein shake (like 20g) then go tto the gym right across the street and run and sweat as much of it out as i can, then come eat a nice protein filled lunch/breakfast, and then lift on monday
 
lol good luck having an intense workout tomorrow morning. you'll be puking in no time. you'll already be dehydrated from the alcohol consumption so be careful
 
i recall i would go out to the bars with my friend and get intoxicated and then the next morning try and do Tae Bo and end up falling over during the toe touches
 
I used to do yoga every sunday morning, great way to detox, however at the end where you lay there and listen to miscis I would pass out and start snoring.

You sound like me. I rarely ever drank when I was your age, cause I was afraid it would diminish my athleticism and I wanted to play pro football, but I wouldn't have done it much anyway for fear that it would diminish my strength. Now, I dont do it much cause I don't want to chance ruining my health. Let that fucking grim reaper come and take me, or I'll take myself out when I'm ready, but I'm not gonna give it up that easily.
 
Sublime, if you're gonna drink. Pick one night out of the week. A Friday or Saturday night and then don't work out for at least 2 days afterwards. And have disclipline, don't drink like a fish. Limit yourself to a certain amount. I know how much I can drink without becoming sloppily drunk and I stop there. Don't give in to peer pressure. Fuck them. And don't join a frat and do initiation type bullshit. I was never into that shit. I always stood alone.

Remember what I said about the peer pressure. Be above that, be your own man. You'll respect yourself more and that's all that matters.
 
keep in mind i dont care how i feel , i just am concerned with going about getting wasted in a manner that will minimally affect overall jackedness and lean mass
