First sorry I’ve been so quiet on here the peak week and following days were pretty taxing and was focused on the goal only of how the peak went.
Weekly recap
We started last week depleting still as my weight cap for classic physique is 94.8kg and we still had a bit to do to make the cap
Monday: Low
280p 150c 50f
Tuesday: Low/5.5L/Normal Salt

Wednesday: TBA/6L/Minimal steps/Normal salt

Thursday: slight load/6-7L/Minimal steps/ normal salt
250p 600c 50f
This filled me a little and woke Friday 94.6kg so was a good outcome
Friday: slight load /6-7L/Minimal steps/ salt normal
We planned this day out as per meal
Did 4 meals at 100c 40p 5f
And ended up pulling water out at 5pm
By that point we were heavy arvo weight
So the last two meals consisted of only 40p 15f
(Was super hungry this night and didn’t sleep very well at all)
Saturday: weigh in at 10:00 at 94.2kg so we made cap by 600g in the end but I’d also done a few toilet runs which I was happy with by then

30g honey

70g rice cakes

Pre stage pump up was
75g carbs from karbolyn carb powder
2x scoops pump powder
Bag of salt and vinegar chips
1x mars bar
And by this point we nailed the full dry look, was super happy with what we put on stage, unfortunately we got dropped a placing for a bad pin in the shoulder from the week before so got a second in novice class and 4th in open class tall which would have been 1st novice and 3rd open class if they didn’t drop a placing for that. Not much can do now was just a bad primo shot that I think as I depleted through the week just couldn’t heal in time.
