Monday: Low

Tuesday: Low/5.5L/Normal Salt

Wednesday: TBA/6L/Minimal steps/Normal salt

Thursday: slight load/6-7L/Minimal steps/ normal salt
250p 600c 50f
This filled me a little and woke Friday 94.6kg so was a good outcome

Friday: slight load /6-7L/Minimal steps/ salt normal
We planned this day out as per meal
Did 4 meals at 100c 40p 5f
And ended up pulling water out at 5pm
By that point we were heavy arvo weight
So the last two meals consisted of only 40p 15f
(Was super hungry this night and didn’t sleep very well at all)

Saturday: weigh in at 10:00 at 94.2kg so we made cap by 600g in the end but I’d also done a few toilet runs which I was happy with by then
Load Saturday was
750c 250p 50f
4 litres of water

Show day

Meal 1
100 rice flour
50 dates
50 banana
100blueberries
30g honey
1g salt
200ml water

Meal 2
70g rice cakes
70g honey
.5g salt
300ml water

Pre stage pump up was
75g carbs from karbolyn carb powder
2x scoops pump powder
Bag of salt and vinegar chips
1x mars bar

And by this point we nailed the full dry look, was super happy with what we put on stage, unfortunately we got dropped a placing for a bad pin in the shoulder from the week before so got a second in novice class and 4th in open class tall which would have been 1st novice and 3rd open class if they didn’t drop a placing for that. Not much can do now was just a bad primo shot that I think as I depleted through the week just couldn’t heal in time.

Some photos attached stage photos are just iPhone photos so will post proper photography shots once I have them.

Will do another update tomorrow with checkin for this week and plans for future as we have already set in place what we are doing from here.

Super excited to now be collaborating with @PassiveHulk on training, still coached by my old coach for everything else but I have always done my own training. When passive came to me to look over his nutrition I floated the idea he have a crack at having his keen eye over my training, have a lot of respect for his opinion here so I’m super keen to crack in and see where this phase goes over time and see the damage we can do with this as we work out of health phase and into blast too. Super low volume to start but the plan for this offseason is basically to bring up the posterior as much as possible as I’m quiet strong anterior already, with weight cap so tight we are being very specific now where we put volume to become more competitive. Happy with this overall considering all circumstances, have been flying all over the country with clients competing in bodybuilding shows and under the weather a bit and stress and sleep not in an ideal place.

Coach is happy still and looking like still trying to drive bodyweight up more as I’m still awfully peeled and that will be contributing to fatigue and my body not handling the stress, another 50 carb added this week. Actually not super super hungry as I’m running quiet high volume foods and the RETA from @Raptor Labs is fkn top stuff has crushed appitite enough for it to be so controllable.
Keen to see bloods in a week or two as soon as fatigue levels are managed to also see what the RETA is doing to help that as I’ve read lots of studies and seen first hand what it does to bloods too.

Happy with this overall considering all circumstances, have been flying all over the country with clients competing in bodybuilding shows and under the weather a bit and stress and sleep not in an ideal place.

Coach is happy still and looking like still trying to drive bodyweight up more as I’m still awfully peeled and that will be contributing to fatigue and my body not handling the stress, another 50 carb added this week. Actually not super super hungry as I’m running quiet high volume foods and the RETA from @Raptor Labs is fkn top stuff has crushed appitite enough for it to be so controllable.
Keen to see bloods in a week or two as soon as fatigue levels are managed to also see what the RETA is doing to help that as I’ve read lots of studies and seen first hand what it does to bloods too.

Training is still RPE 8 but I’m getting increasingly keen by the day to start sending it so keen for that to come around.

We will from here pull the primo out and asses how libido feels and add in l-carnatine to try utalise the testosterone dose a little better.
Could be from being still so lean the primo or at this point the sust might be a little to slow drip feed for circulation.
So we take one at a time and asses where it is at in 4 weeks.

Continue health phase here as I want to get on top of training first before doing anything for next growth phase. But super happy here anyway as I like to have a bit of a break from pushing drugs post show before stressing the body again.
