Happy with this overall considering all circumstances, still some fatigue hang around but that is slowly passing now day by day

Coach is happy and starting to push food more and more as my body is starting to really fire up now and most likely due to fatigue also starting to fall off. Actually not super super hungry as I’m running quiet high volume foods and the RETA from @Raptor Labs is fkn top stuff has crushed appitite enough for it to be so controllable.

Training is starting to come back now RPE 9-10 is back now so that has been nice and starting to feel myself again in the gym.

Last weeks macros were 625c 280p 50f

Increase this week too 680c 280p 60f

Happy with the overall look !! Body is coming back alive now and feel full and less fatigue as we wash more and more !!!
Bloods were done Monday and in a great place post show so happy with that too !!
Test is a touch lower than I would like it which could be a few things.
We will from here pull the primo out and asses how libido feels and add in l-carnatine to try utalise the testosterone dose a little better.
Could be from being still so lean the primo or at this point the sust might be a little to slow drip feed for circulation.
So we take one at a time and asses where it is at in 4 weeks.

Continue health phase here as I want to get on top of training first before doing anything for next growth phase. But super happy here anyway as I like to have a bit of a break from pushing drugs post show before stressing the body again.

Coach increased carbs again by 50c per day as body is eating it atm and can tell how well it’s taking atm.
