Approved Log IFBB CLASSIC PHYSIQUE DEBUT Test, npp, gh cycle Log

First drop landed early this week from @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep ❤️❤️

Some primo to come hopefully early next week as will be putting that in at 500mg on top of stack.

Bloods were pulled and e2 levels were on the higher range, no sides so not too stressed but primo will help to elevate that moving forward throughout prep.

Starting tonight the stack will look like
-250test sust
-300npp
-500primo
-6iu gh
-10iu Lantus training days
-5iu nova training days

Eventually the npp will come out and be replaced with low dosage tren a as long as the body handles well and sleep isn’t tanked, if sleep is tanked it will probably come back out as will only ruin the look with stress. Stack will pretty well stay the same throughout otherwise.

16 weeks out this week checkin is tomorrow morning so will update then

Happy with how this last week has gone, the introduction of primo has been a nice addition. Amazing strength last week and feel the physique although leaner has a bit more pop to it this week, can vouch highly for raptors primo being spot on.
A little swelling in the glutes from such high ml loads now primo is in pinning eod so will go to every day shots this week to keep the volume down.

Main drivers of the primo coming in was high e2 readings on last bloods, normally I don’t mind being in high e2 as I feel pretty good there and get a good growth rate along side potential better effects from gh with a higher e2 but now with prep in I’d like the visual look aspect of being lower in e2

Feeders but they aren’t noted in this, then most my movements is just 1 top set and 1 back off !!

I train always so so close to failure if not past with a spot and train solely for that, volume is low as I drive sets pretty hard and obviously the closer to failure yes creates the most stimulus but also creates the most amount of fatigue too.

My favourite way to train and find a lot of people are way to far off failure, personally have seen amazing growth rates from this so that’s why I like to keep that way

Happy with new low and 800g off this week, been an amazing week in the books too training has been elite lately and tbh feeling better than I’ve probably felt in 12 months with less bodyweight from offseason. This will change but it’s nice to be doing it relatable easily atm as I’ll be so ready for the dig when it comes.

Coach is super happy with the look, going for 100mg more primo to try bring the dryer look and more pop with potentially not having to add mast or anything else in that regard as I don’t normally respond well to mast.

Slight carb reduction on rest day and 15g fat reduction from training and rest with 1x extra 20min cardio session added per week.

The plan is to keep training day cals higher to really drive performance and not let that fall off, we want to be about 5kg-6kg within cap at 8 weeks out and definatly on track for that with 9kg to go and no fat burners or tren ect in yet.
