Happy with how this last week has gone, the introduction of primo has been a nice addition. Amazing strength last week and feel the physique although leaner has a bit more pop to it this week, can vouch highly for raptors primo being spot on.
A little swelling in the glutes from such high ml loads now primo is in pinning eod so will go to every day shots this week to keep the volume down.
Main drivers of the primo coming in was high e2 readings on last bloods, normally I don’t mind being in high e2 as I feel pretty good there and get a good growth rate along side potential better effects from gh with a higher e2 but now with prep in I’d like the visual look aspect of being lower in e2
Coach will get back to me with any changes soon as he is overseas and a bit of a time difference for now we dunce and repeat won’t need many changes if any at this point as the plan is working !!
