Happy with how this last week or 10 days since last checkin has seen a 2.2kg drop off, We are now 10kg off stage cap and not have dug anything out of food really yet.
Coach is happy with no changes and super happy with where the physique is at, he says looks clean and unstressed which I believe in too as a stressed physique never looks good.
Nothing to now but to keep doing the work
Monday hopefully mots-c will land and that will go in strait away but that’s the only addition to next week going forward.
